Customer Reviews
Good controls, minor app glitch
I switched to Coast for our delivery fleet's expense management. The real-time spending limit controls are a big win for us; I can really keep an eye on things. The integration with QuickBooks was also fairly smooth, which saves a lot of time. My only complaint is that the receipt capture app can be a bit buggy sometimes, especially on older phones, but overall it's a solid improvement over our old system. The fuel price map is a nice touch too.
Cards arrived, works fine
Got the Coast cards. They arrived in about 6 days. Drivers used them at gas stations with no issues. App shows transactions. No complaints so far.
Easy to use cards
I got the Coast Fuel Cards for my small landscaping business last month. It was pretty straightforward to sign up online. My guys liked that they could just use it like a regular Visa at the pump. The app is decent for tracking too, kept tabs on where they were fueling up. No big drama, just worked out like I hoped.
Love this for my business!
Oh my goodness, Coast is fantastic! I signed up for the Visa Fleet Card and it's made managing my service vehicles so much easier. The app is super user-friendly and I can see everything at a glance. Setting up employee spending cards was a breeze. I even got a statement credit after signing up which was a lovely bonus! Seriously, if you have a business with vehicles, you need this. I'm telling all my business owner friends about it!

Thinking about switching from WEX to Coast. Anyone used both and can tell me if Coast is actually better for managing fuel expenses?
Does Coast do a credit check when you apply for their fleet cards? Just wondering if it'll hit my personal credit score.
Thinking about getting the Coast card for my small business fleet. Will it work at like, every gas station, or am I gonna have drivers stuck somewhere?
How long does it typically take to get the cards once you're approved? Need them for new drivers ASAP.
Does Coast integrate with QuickBooks? That would save me a ton of time on bookkeeping.
